Why fleets still struggle

The cost of how it’s done today

Paper zone rounds do not become work orders. Findings die in a notebook while the 90-day cycle quietly goes overdue.

The traditional approach

Round sheets are completed manually; defects are re-typed into a separate defect log. Shore cannot see which zones are outside the three-month cycle.

Monday with WaterTight

What changes when this is under control

Run digital zone inspections with ok / fail / na checklists, COSWP-sectioned findings, photo evidence, and assigned rectification that appears as work in PMS—including offline mobile queues that sync on reconnect.

Time back

Mobile rounds with queued sync and assigned rectification replace re-typing paper findings.

Less waste

Fewer lost findings that become expensive PSC or class surprises.

Lower risk

90-day overdue visibility and COSWP-sectioned evidence trail for every space.

Questions before you commit

Do zone inspections work offline?
Yes. The crew app can queue zone inspection rounds and sync when connectivity returns.
What is the compliance cycle?
Each zone follows a 90-day (approximately three-month) COSWP-style checklist cycle. Overdue zones appear on the safety dashboard.
Can I finish with blank checklist items?
No. All checklist items must be marked ok, fail, or na before the round can be completed.
Is this the same as Master's Weekly Rounds?
No. Zone inspections use the COSWP checklist and 90-day cycle. Master's weekly rounds are a 7-day health and hygiene walk with different finding categories.
